1. How are your ingredients secured?

Our suppliers work within the Ethical Trade Initiative and do not employ child labour in the mining and processing of their products. Our suppliers have been carefully selected with their guarantee that they work within the Ethical Trade Initiative, from regions where ethical business practices are transparent and do not employ child labour.

2. Do any of your products tenst on animals?

The Soap Master Bangladesh Limited aims to promote sustainable and compassionate living. We do not condone cruel and unethical treatment of animals and ALL products listed in our store DO NOT include animal-based ingredients.

3. Are your products certified as Vegan?

All products listed in The Soap Master Bangladesh Limitedare certified as vegan by The Vegiterian Society (UK) and PQC (India). Please see our certification page for more information.

4. Does smb use ethically sourced ingredients?

Yes, we do. SMB expects its direct product suppliers to adhere to and to implement our Supplier’s Code of Conduct, which addresses working conditions for suppliers and specifically prohibits the use of involuntary or forced labor, human trafficking, child labor, and harassment and abuse.

6. Are SMB products Leaping Bunny certified?

SMB products are not Leaping Bunny certified, but we are still committed to being cruelty free. We never test on animals, contract animal testing out to third parties or sell in regions that require animal testing. We are also vegan, which means we don’t formulate with animal-derived ingredients

7. Do SMB beauty products contain fragrance?

Hey, we’re vegan, clean, not boring. That said, we’ll always be transparent with you. We use both naturally derived essential oils (maximum portion) and less than .03% of synthetic fragrance to stable the smell. We consider it indulging responsibly.

8. Are SMB products vegan?

Yes, SMB products are vegan and also vegan certified from UK and India. We can create high-performance formulas without ingredients that come from animals. As we’ve been innovating and we’ve learned we can get amazing results that perform on par with-if not better than-formulas that contain animal byproducts.

9. Are SMB products HALAL certified?

Yes, SMB products are HALAL certified by EUCERT (UK) and EABL (India).

10. Are your products suitable for all skin types?

Yes! The main goal of The Soap Master Bangladesh Limited is to promote effective skincare solutions for all skin types with sustainable and animal-free ingredients. Our products are applicable for people with oily skin, dry skin, and combination skin types. As mentioned above, all of our products are verified as vegan and include NO ANIMAL-BASED INGREDIENTS. We list all ingredients for our products and detail the benefits for each product’s active ingredients.

Love samples? Us too. Make sure you’re on our email list to know when we’re running this kind of promotion!

13. Is SMB lip balm vegan?

Lip balm, custom lipsticks are clean, cruelty free, and gluten free, but it is not vegan yet because it contains a little bit BEESWAX. We still carefully carry on scientific study on lip balm to improve it towards vegan.

14. How do i make a return?

15. Do I need to return the gift with purchase items when I make a return?

If you received a FREE product or FREE gift with your purchase, you must include it with your return shipment in order to be refunded in the original form of payment.

16. Can I find out the ingredients on SMB products’ packages?

Yes! Each product contains a list of all ingredients and active ingredients. This information is available by viewing the product page for each individual product.

17. Can I sell SMB vegan products in my store?

We do not offer wholesale distribution at this time but if you are interested, please contact us using the contact form on our website.
